Instructor- Bridgette (Bartley) Ridley

Bridgette Bartley Ridley, USA, will be teaching "Interpretive Movement" with baton.......inspired by her Cincinnati Ballet/Rhythm in Motion influence. This “high-energy” class will be a sure favorite among all those attending.
Bridgette began twirling at the age of 4 years old.  She competed at the National and International level as a soloist and on the team Syndication; becoming a National and World Champion. Some of her most memorable performances were "Marilyn", "Time to Say Goodbye", and "Carmen."

Currently, she is married with two boys; Cooper who is 4 years old and Kayde is 3. Her
Husband played professional baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays. She attended Ball State
University for her Bachelor's degree in Education and Xavier University for her Master's
degree in Education Administration and Principal licensure. She will begin her 13th year of
teaching elementary school in August.

Bridgette truly believes we will continue to see an increase in participating countries,
and the improvements of each country’s athletes.  Our new judging system is going
to take twirling to an entirely new thought process and level. Having such a complex
accountability system for our judges, coaches, and athletes can only result in
improvements for our sport! Her ultimate dream for twirling is that one day we can actually
reach Olympic status! She feels so blessed for her twirling experiences, continued
involvement in this sport we each adore, and the amazing friends she has met!
